The Early Years
Andie grew up in Riverton, New Jersey surrounded by large families; her First Communion was in the Parish church right across the street.

Harvey grew up in Newtown, Connecticut, where the air was clean and the grass was green. (Some day a documentary may tell more.)
They grew up.
He was a daydream believer.

She was a homecoming queen.

Andie, like her father, went to the University of Pennsylvania, where she was an English major.
Harvey did odd jobs; hitchhiked around the country; lived in a horsebarn; shoveled manure; moved to New York. You could say he went to the school of hard knocks.

Andie was an intern at PBS's Delaware news show. They
were short-handed, so she began writing copy for the news show - and
got hired. In less than a year she moved from intern to show producer.
In addition to the prestige, she received wages that would almost qualify
her for food stamps. Her reporter credentials got her into AFTRA.

On his first video shoot, Harvey was an apprentice intern by day, washed dishes by night. Sometimes he lived - and shot - on the edge. But at least he was in the business.
